The invention provides a "hollow ceramic microsphere reflective thermal insulation coating", which is a new breakthrough according to the energy saving application reality of buildings in China, references and absorbs the ceramic (vacuum) thermal insulation technology, and is based on the product application performance. The "space suit" thermal insulation coating (hollow ceramic microsphere) is prepared by: film-forming material selection, room temperature crosslinking and curing, and production process control. According to feature requirements, a special made hollow ceramic microsphere is added into a film-forming substrate, the film-forming medium viscosity is controlled so as to provide the degree of freedom necessary to the hollow ceramic microsphere, so that formation of matrix arrangement during construction and brushing can be ensured, thereby blocking heat convection and changing the heat conduction distance and conduction direction. After brushing the coating on the surfaces of building envelope structures, vacuum heat insulating films in which ceramic particles are in matrix arrangement can be formed on walls, tops of open floors, bottom plate surfaces and roofs. The ceramic particles are mellow and full, and can enjoy sufficient degree of freedom in the medium.
