皮爾茲PILZ熱敏電阻監(jiān)測繼電器,德國pilz繼電器皮爾茲熱敏電阻監(jiān)測繼電器有多種分類。如電氣量繼電器(其輸入量可為電流、電壓、頻率、功率等),非電量繼電器(其輸入量可為溫度、壓力、速度等);保護(hù)繼電器,控制繼電器;有觸點繼電器,無觸點繼電器 ;敞開式(主體元件無防護(hù)措施)、封閉式(加保護(hù)外殼)、密封式(外殼內(nèi)外無氣體交換)繼電器等等。常用的按工作原理分類的繼電器有電磁繼電器 、極化繼電器、舌簧繼電器、熱繼電器和時間繼電器等。20世紀(jì)后,繼電器有很大發(fā)展,先后出現(xiàn)磁性無觸點繼電器、半導(dǎo)體無觸點繼電器、集成電路式電子時間繼電器、固態(tài)繼電器、印刷電路板安裝式(雙列直插式)繼電器,以及帶微處理器的保護(hù)繼電器和智能化繼電器。 皮爾茲熱敏電阻監(jiān)測繼電器制造廠控制繼電器靈敏度并對其進(jìn)行判斷、考核的參數(shù)。對用戶來講,它只是一個工作下極限參數(shù)值??刂瓢踩禂?shù)是工作電壓(電流)/吸合電壓(電流),如果在吸合值下使用繼電器,是不可靠的、不安全的,環(huán)境溫度升高或處于振動、沖擊條件下,將使繼電器工作不可靠。整機(jī)設(shè)計時,不能以空載電壓作為繼電器工作電壓依據(jù),而應(yīng)將線圈接入作為負(fù)載來計算實際電壓,特別是電源內(nèi)阻大時更是如此。當(dāng)用三極管作為開關(guān)元件控制線圈通斷時,三極管必須處于開關(guān)狀態(tài),對6VDC以下工作電壓的繼電器來講,還應(yīng)扣除三極管飽和壓降。當(dāng)然,并非工作值加得愈高愈好,超過額定工作值太高會增加銜鐵的沖擊磨損,增加觸點回跳次數(shù),縮短電氣壽命,一般,工作值為吸合值的1.5倍,工作值的誤差一般為±10%。

皮爾茲熱敏電阻監(jiān)測[PILZ繼電器一般由輸入感測機(jī)構(gòu)和輸出執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)兩部分組成。前者用于反映輸入量的變化,后者完成觸點分合動作(對有觸點繼電器)或半導(dǎo)體元件的通斷(對無觸點繼電器)。繼電器具有跳躍的輸入-輸出特性 。當(dāng)繼電器接受一個輸入信號X時,只有它達(dá)到動作值Xd,繼電器才動作,輸出從零躍至Ymax。輸入信號繼續(xù)增大,輸出信號仍為Ymax不變。繼電器動作之后,如果減少輸入信號,則繼電器只在輸入減少到Xf時才動作,返回起始位置,輸出信號躍回零。這一特性稱為繼電特性。這里,使繼電器開始動作的輸入量值(動作值)、使繼電器恢復(fù)原狀態(tài)的輸入zui大量值(返回值)、觸點的額定電壓與電流(觸點額定量值)、繼電器由一種狀態(tài)變至另一種狀態(tài)的時間(動作時間)是繼電器的主要技術(shù)參數(shù)。它們既表征繼電器工作過程的性能,又是選用繼電器的依據(jù)。777434P2HZ X1P 110VAC 3n/o 1n/c 2so
